1 | END OF YEAR PHOTOS

We love end of year shoots! They're chaotic and crazy............but still a lot of fun and the photos are a beautiful keepsake for years to come. We've got the process down to a fine art.

Locking in Your Spot

First things first - a $495 booking fee secures your studio's spot on our calendar. And the bonus? This booking fee gives your the right to use these amazing photos for your social media and marketing. Win-win!

Space We Need

We'll need a comfortable studio space around 8m x 15m. We'll bring a crisp white backdrop for those gorgeous group shots and a fun colored backdrop for individual portraits.

Setting Up the Magic

We're totally flexible! We can set up our lights and backdrops either the day before or the morning of the shoot. We just need about two hours to work our photography magic.

Keeping Things Smooth

One week before the big day, we'll need a list of all the groups you want photographed. This helps us keep everything super organised and ensures your gallery is in chronological order.

Easy Photo Delivery

One week after the shoot, we'll send you an online gallery link. Parents can view and order photos directly - and here's the best part.........we handle ALL the ordering and money. Your studio doesn't have to do a thing! Sound good? Can't wait to create some amazing memories with you!

Costume & Preparation Magic

Get ready to bring your dance story to life! Pack a suitcase full of:

Colorful leotards (black is great!)
Nude undergarments
Flowing tutus and transparent skirts
Creative ideas and inspiration from online references

What to Expect

In our 1.5 -2.5 hour session, we'll capture:

3-6 different stunning looks (depends on selected package)
A variety of posing styles
Personalised creative direction
We'll create both classical and contemporary looks - from formal poses to relaxed, barefoot shots. Pro tip: Bring water and snacks to keep your energy high!

After the Shoot

We'll send an online gallery for you to choose favorites
Professional retouching included (color correction, blemish removal)
You'll receive color and black & white versions
High-resolution files delivered via email

Usage Rights

Unlimited personal prints can be made from your digital images
Digital copies for non-commercial use
Copyright remains with Dance Photo Australia

What to Wear

Leotard - a simple leotard with a flattering cut out can show off your lines. A high leg camisole leotard can show off your neck and legs.
Tights - tights allow your lines to be seen clearly.
Accessories - you can add accessories like ribbons or a skirt.
Hair - you can create a classic bun by twisting the tail of your hair around a hair tie and securing it with bobby pins.
